Synopsis

Anaya, a fourth year international student, moves into a new apartment while grieving the recent loss of her sister, Meïa. Overwhelmed by academic pressure, financial stress, and immigration uncertainty, she avoids unpacking and numbs herself with routine. When she discovers a memory box filled with reminders of her sister, her suppressed grief surfaces. Through journaling, cooking, unpacking, and quiet reflection, Anaya begins to confront her pain. A heartfelt conversation with her uncle reassures her that grief does not need to be rushed. With the support of a friend, Anaya creates a memory corner in her home, learning that healing does not mean letting go, but learning how to carry love forward.
