This film blends documentary & experimental concepts to highlight the problem of lighting dark skin tones correctly within cinema and TV. Colour lighting will be used to enhance the depth and quality of darker skin tones on camera. These shots will be paired with interviews recorded on cassette players. The aim is to highlight the ease of which you can capture to true beauty of dark skin. Something which has been overlooked since the birth of TV.
